CMS
All users log onto the system through CMS (Conversational Monitoring System). CMS can be used to:
  • create, modify and erase files;
  • send files to other users;
  • access the Internet and its applications;
  • run programs interactively;
  • communicate with other users; and
  • communicate with other systems.
