Enterprise Server Software Changes

Reformatted: December 31, 1997

On January 5, 1998, the following software CHANGES will occur on the IBM Enterprise Servers.

• FOCUS 7.07 will be the default under CMS only.
• Syncsort 6.4B will be the default under CMS.
• LIMDEP 7.0 is installed and available on the UNIX SP system.

On July 1, 1998, the following software will be REMOVED. If users are still using any of these, they are urged to contact Mainframe Consulting at (860) 486-0924.

• Waterloo Script (WSCRIPT)
• Waterloo Pascal (WPASCAL)
• Waterloo Basic (WBASIC)
• Waterloo Fortran IV (WATFIV)
• Waterloo C (WATC)
• Waterloo C TOOLS (CTOOLS)
• Maple
• SAS 5.18

On July 1, 1999, the following software will be REMOVED. The software is old and not supported by their respective vendors and is not Year-2000-compliant.

• OS/VS COBOL 2.4
• Easytrieve 9.0
