Support for Applications Programming Services is provided for all aspects of the development cycle and beyond. A Request for Administrative Programming Assistance form is available at uits.uconn.edu/eaa/services/servreq.pdf (requires Adobe Acrobat) or by calling the Computer Center Help Desk at (860) 486-4357/HELP. Forms must be signed by a dean, director, department head or other authorized individual and sent to:

Upon receipt, the request is reviewed and assigned to one of the four programming team leaders within the Core Administrative Applications group. An acknowledgement of receipt letter, including an assigned service request number, is sent to the requestor. The appropriate team leader will then follow through on the request. Every attempt will be made to service user needs in a timely manner.
